Committed to contributing to the development of a sustainable system for regularly and transparently updating the positive list of medicines, AmCham Healthcare Committee calls upon to immediate introduction of the Managed Entry Agreement in the new Rulebook which regulates the placing of medicines on the list. The Committee urges in that regard by underlining the necessity and advantages of their adoption, including the basic characteristics, and nature of these agreements, how they work in the countries of the region, and how they fit into the public procurement system.
