Macedonian Stock Exchange

The Macedonian Stock Exchange is the principal stock exchange in North Macedonia and a member of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges. It was established in 1995 and the first trading occurred the next year. Its mission is to provide efficient, transparent, and secure functioning of the organized secondary securities market in our country, through a continuous effort to create the basis for market entry and exit, from all financial instruments to all investors, at a fair market price. From the securities market perspective, these activities shall result in changes and adjustments of the related legislation and business practice to those of the EU. Its target will not only be the domestic investors, but also foreign investors who have decided to invest in the emerging markets.
