The special guest of this session was Danail Karov, Assistant Manager of the Department for Tax and Customs Policy at the Ministry of Finance. The goal of these events was to address the impact of Covid-19 in each of the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"I\"><li>Overview of the economic and tax measures against COVID-19.<\/li><li>Legal aspects, including state aid and other measures (reduction of contractual\/penalty interest, convening of shareholders assembly\/meetings and distribution of dividends, use of annual leave, minimum wage).<\/li><li>COVID-19 &#8211;
