The award is granted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the National Council for Safety and Health at Work based on implemented activities and investments for employee protection in the manufacturing process over the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>Makstil is a company that prioritizes employee safety above all else, regardless of the circumstances under which we work. The seriousness with which we treat this issue leads to the ongoing application of new methods, procedures, and protocols in the technological-production process, as well as the continuing investment in new equipment, which raises workplace safety even more.
