Recognizing both the opportunities and the challenges within the current system, AmCham North Macedonia has developed a position paper aimed at supporting the advancement of higher education and strengthening quality assurance mechanisms. The paper reflects insights from the business community, where access to qualified workforce remains a key concern, and highlights the need for stronger alignment between academic institutions and labor market demands.
