The Law-making and implementation Committee invites all companies interested in tackling the issue of VSMs to attend the e-workshop which will be held on Tuesday 22.12.2020 @11:00.
The possibility for VSM although stipulated in Article 391a of the Law on Trade Companies, due to the wording of its provisions for the manner of convening and holding the VSM, cannot be fully applied in holding such as Assembly through two-way audio and video communication live stream, i.e the legal solutions thus create difficulties in their implementation in practice.
