On June 14th, we held the first Q&A Session with the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
The purpose of this session was to clarify all issues regarding the procedures and legal obligations that apply to controllers and processors of personal data, in accordance with the new Law on Personal Data Protection, as well as the relevant bylaws.
Representatives from the Personal Data protection agency answered more than 40 questions submitted from our members, and due to increased interest, a second session has been announced to be held on 27th July, at 1 PM.
