KONSTANTINOS NIKOLAOU

Konstantinos Nikolaou is the Chief Executive Director of TITAN Usje, a member of TITAN Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and Operational Research from the University of Warwick Business School, UK, and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Mr. Nikolaou brings extensive international experience in business strategy, industrial leadership, and operational transformation across TITAN Group companies in Greece, Bulgaria, and the United States (Florida). As a Plant Manager, he was successfully driving performance optimization, digital integration, and sustainable growth in all the Plants.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Greek Exporters Association (SEVE) since 2022, contributing to initiatives that enhance export competitiveness and global market presence for industries. As Chief Executive Director of TITAN Usje, Mr. Nikolaou is leading the company’s strategic transition toward a digital, low-carbon, and future-ready business model. His leadership focuses on advancing sustainability, innovation, and talent development as key drivers of long-term competitiveness. Under his guidance, TITAN Usje aims to become a regional leader in sustainable construction materials, demonstrating how industrial excellence and environmental responsibility can jointly create value for stakeholders and society.
