AmCham brought together representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and member companies for a practical discussion on the secondary legislation under the Law on the Security of Networks and Information Systems. The Ministry’s representatives presented the new requirements, and companies used the session to test how they apply in day-to-day operations and to raise questions specific to their own businesses. In a field like cybersecurity, clear guidance and direct dialogue between institutions and the private sector help companies understand their responsibilities and prepare their teams and systems for implementation. The cooperation with Ministry of Digital Transformation will continue, supporting effective implementation and a stronger cybersecurity posture across the business community.
