DUSHAN MITREV

Dushan Mitrev is General Manager of Pivara Skopje as of June 2023. He is one of the generation of young professionals that have built their expertise and leadership skills in Pivara Skopje. After a 3 year career at PwC, he joins the Finance team of Pivara Skopje, where thorough dedicated work and continuous learning and development, Dushan progressed on various positions, taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2016. In 2019, Dushan has made a lateral move to Commercial Department as Head of Sales – KA, in order to broaden his professional knowledge. In the period of 2020 – 2023 Dushan has upgraded his managerial and commercial skills by taking the role of Country Sales Manager for Coca Cola HBC BiH, where thanks to his leadership, team work and devotedness, the company recorded exceptional sales results.Dushan holds a Bachelor Degree in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economic at University „St. Cyril & Methodius” Skopje, MBA in Banking & Corporate Finance from American University Skopje, and also Membership of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, based in Glasgow, United Kingdom. He has also completed numerous executive programs for learning and development on the educational platforms by both Coca Cola HBC & Heineken AG.
