Mr. Georgiev is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in leading and managing local and international teams. Since April 2016, he is Microsoft’s General Manager for North Macedonia and Kosovo and a member of the Central & Eastern Europe Leadership Team. For more than 6 years, Mr. Georgiev has also been a professional coach and trainer at Gustav Kaser Training International, with a track record in leading, developing, mentoring, coaching, motivating, and empowering a high-performing team. During his career path, Mr. Georgiev has been the CEO of two prestigious American brands- Cisco and SRC and has experience of working across borders, dealing easily with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. In April 2020, Mr. Georgiev has received an Award for Corporate Teamwork and Customer Success, from Microsoft.
