According to Article 7.2.2 of the Association Agreement, American Chamber of Commerce in North Macedonia is pleased to announce its 23rd Annual General Assembly. Scheduled for Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the Assembly will be held at Holiday Inn, starting at 11AM.
As AmCham signature event, the Assembly will include а review of the Chamber’s Operational Year activities, approval of 2022 audited financial statements, approval of new member companies and 2023 Auditor, as well as election of four (4) members of the Board of Directors (BoD).
Each member company which is in good standing is entitled to one vote during the working session and is invited to designate one company representative at the Assembly.
