The U.S. Embassy and AmCham are pleased to invite executive and personal assistants, as well as office and communication managers, to apply for participation in the intensive 8-week “English for Business & Protocol” program, a specialized corporate communication training designed for professionals who directly support CEOs and senior business leaders.
Positioned within a corporate communication and executive support framework, this program strengthens participants ability to communicate with clarity, confidence and professionalism in international business settings. Through a combination of in-person workshops and interactive online sessions, the training will focus on advanced business English, strategic professional communication, international protocol and etiquette, executive-level correspondence, meeting and event coordination, trade documentation, crisis communication support, and high-level networking.
The curriculum emphasizes practical application, using real-world scenarios and case studies, particularly in the context of U.S.–Balkan trade and cross-border business engagement. Participants will enhance their capacity to serve as trusted communication partners to senior leadership, ensuring precision, cultural awareness, and protocol compliance in both routine and high-stakes situations.
The program will run once per week over a duration of eight weeks, starting the week of April 1. It will offer the participants with the opportunity to elevate their corporate communication skills, refine their understanding of international protocol, and strengthen their ability to operate effectively in dynamic, multinational business environments. In addition, the program will provide a valuable platform to connect with peers and business leaders from across the region.
