On February 3, 2021 it was held the second educational event on the topic “How to Engage Your Employees in the Digital Transformation Process?” with Elena Bundalevska, Associate Professor at UACS.
The event was attended by 20 representatives, from different sectors. The key point in her lecture was that companies must realize that the process of digital transformation must start with a change of their corporate culture, in order to have success. In addition to her presentation, Ms. Bundaleska shared some useful tips to attendees on how to initiate the change of the corporate culture in their work environments:
- Provide digital expertise and skills opportunities to your employees.
- Support creative and innovative thinking of your employees.
- Provide smart office concepts and a relaxing work environment to your employees.
