What’s In A Name – Trademarks & The Prespa Agreement

On March 12, AmCham organized a member-to-member learning session regarding the implications of the Prespa Agreement on the business in the country. In addition, the discussion included a presentation of the changes that companies need to undertake with the change of the country’s name. In that sense, the ratification of the Prespa Agreement raised a lot of questions and concerns from members regarding the IP rights over trademarks and brands.
