CENTRAL ASIA METALS (CAML) is a copper, zinc, and lead production and exploration company, with operations in Kazakhstan and North Macedonia. CAML represents a diversified company that operates low-cost mineral assets, producing base metals that are essential for modern living, safely and sustainably for all stakeholders. In 2017, CAML took 100% ownership of the Sasa underground zinc-lead mine, which produces approximately 820,000 tonnes of ore each year. Sasa lies within the Serbo-Macedonian Massif, which hosts a large number of lead and zinc deposits and extends through Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, eastern Greece, and Turkey.
