The Embassy of Switzerland, in partnership with Alkaloid AD Skopje, the Medical High School “Dr. Pance Karagjozov” and the Faculty of Pharmacy at UKIM, launched laboratory technician training. “Based on our experience in Switzerland, we strongly believe that good quality and market-relevant vocational education and training system is only possible through a strong partnership between the private and the public sector. The training launched today will give 18 young unemployed persons the opportunity to acquire skills needed in the pharmaceuticals sector, and gain employment. But the unemployed are not the only ones to benefit from the training. Having a skilled labor force helps companies become more competitive.” – said Ambassador Suter at today’s announcement of the start of the digital training. This cooperation is a result of mutual coordination and experience of the E4E project of the HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, as well as the purpose of Alkaloid AD Skopje to build strong candidates for employment at the required level for independent performance – said Zhivko Mukaetov, President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Alkaloid AD Skopje.
