Building Resilience: ESG in a Changing World
June 4th, 2025, Skopje
We are excited to announce the 3rd ESG Conference organized by AmCham North Macedonia, and for the first time, it will take on a regional dimension. This year’s event is a joint initiative with AmCham Serbia, AmCham Albania and AmCham Kosovo, reflecting our shared commitment to fostering dialogue and progress on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics across the Western Balkans.
The Regional ESG Conference 2025, titled “Building Resilience: ESG in a Changing World” will be held on June 4th, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Skopje. The conference will bring together business leaders, policy makers, and ESG experts for a full day of dynamic discussions, knowledge sharing, and networking.
The conference will open with compelling keynote addresses, each telling a different ESG story: Environmental, Social and Governance. These sessions will explore the harsh realities of climate change, the growing challenge of brain drain in the region and the critical role of business integrity in addressing institutional weaknesses. Each keynote is designed to connect evidence with real-world business impact, emphasizing why ESG is not just a framework, but a necessity.
In addition to the keynotes, the agenda features a range of insightful panels covering topics such as the impact of new EU ESG regulations on Western Balkan economies, business leadership in environmental transition and the role of corporate action in strengthening communities. Other sessions will examine how financial institutions can unlock sustainability-driven growth and how governance practices contribute to restoring public trust.
This conference continues to serve as a platform for bringing together relevant national and regional stakeholders to collaborate on ESG priorities. It directly supports the broader AmCham Agenda for 2024–2028, which includes goals related to green transition, education and workforce development, economic integration, and more.
Join us in shaping a more resilient and sustainable future for our region.
Stay tuned for more information on registration and full program details in the coming days.
