Teknoxgroup Macedonia, the official Caterpillar dealer in the territory of North Macedonia, is a part of a larger group – a Tesya group, which consists of 19 companies, has 95 offices and is present in Italy, Portugal, Spain, Andorra, the Cape Verde Islands, Malta and the entire region of South-Eastern Europe – from Slovenia to Albania. Tesya is a joint-stock company that is not listed on the stock exchange and was founded nearly 90 years ago and closed the year 2021 with a turnover of 1.4 billion euros.
In order to prevent the negative consequences of ever-increasing energy bills and inflation the energy bonus of €1,000 was paid to all 3,300 employees. This is an initiative of the Tesya group, which operates in the field of sales of construction machinery, the sales of machines and devices for the production of electrical and mechanical energy, sale of advanced systems for managing construction sites, warehouses and logistics.
“During this difficult period, we wanted to send a signal to our colleagues that we are with them through good and bad times,” said President and CEO Lino Tedeschi. “We believe it is a must that we help each other and get through these difficult times together and reward the great commitment of employees in ensuring the success of the group.”
