Komercijalna Banka joined the group of the top financial innovators in the world with the introduction of the electronic identification service through OneID. The international magazine Global Finance awarded Komercijalna Banka the prestigious award “Top Innovator in User Experience 2023 for services provided through OneID”, ranking the Bank among the Top Financial Innovators in the world.
This recognition is part of the 2023 Best Financial Innovators Awards, which are awarded for the 11th time to top banks, fintechs and other companies globally. This year, apart from Komercijalna Banka, HSBC, BBVA, CaixaBank, Banco do Brasil, OTP Bank, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Visa and other renowned brands from the world of finance were on the list of Global Finance.
The award for Komercijalna Banka is a confirmation of the Bank’s contribution to the best user experience in the field of innovative financial tools, among which is the electronic identification, which provides numerous advantages and benefits for the users. Komercijalna Banka has the honor of being the first bank from the country to be on the list of the most prominent innovators in the field of finance, recognized by this prestigious magazine.
Komercijalna Banka has, in cooperation with the leading digital transformation company NextSense, introduced the digital electronic identification service through the OneID application, at the beginning of this year. In less than six months, and thanks to electronic identification, it provided its clients with two more new digital services – updating personal data online and activating Internet Bank and mBank, making a number of digital services available to the clients in an easy and secure way and with up to 80% lower fees related to counter transactions.
