Komercijalna Banka is expanding its network of digital kiosks to new locations within its branch network across the country, providing individuals a self-service access to pay for utility bills faster in comparison to the traditional method of payment via bank counters.
The bank’s network of modern digital kiosks currently includes 15 kiosks at 12 different locations in the cities of Skopje, Prilep, Shtip and Debar which contributes to a greater availability of digital payments, allowing larger number of customers, regardless of their bank account affiliation, to have no-commission and easy-to-use self-service payment options in their immediate vicinity. These kiosks also promote customer safety by reducing person-to-person contact.
