Phillip Morris International relocates its customer support center from Athens to Skopje, contributing to the development of the business climate in our country. This initiative opened a door for creation of 50 additional jobs, providing valuable development opportunities for employees in North Macedonia in an international environment. The opening of the new PMI customer support center in Skopje was supported by the presence of esteemed government officials at the official announcement of the news.
The customer support center that will operate in accordance to high international standards, will provide its services to customers located in 5 different countries in the region – North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
