The working group for Virtual Shareholders Meetings (VSMs) held its regular meeting on March 2, 2021, to coordinate and confirm its further steps, according to the work plan for this year. Several members have signed up to work on: identifying provisions of the Company Law that regulate the VSMs, collecting analysis of how other countries in the region and Europe regulate VSMs, and draft proposals that will amend the current Company Law in North Macedonia.
