Healthcare Task Force praises the comprehensive work done by the Ministry of Health in drafting the Law on medicines and fully supports regulatory actions to harmonize national legislation with the European Union acquis.
As AmCham strongly supports such regulatory actions, the Health Task Force created a new Position Paper, reflecting the views of the member companies regarding the future development of the sector, and highlighting the importance of digitalization of the healthcare system as well as a detailed and stringent regulation of medicines donated. Moreover, considering the substantiality of the new Law, additional clarification of certain provisions to prevent ambiguity or inadequacy in the legislation is needed.
